How do I request a refund?
Raven AI can be cancelled anytime from Account & billing > Subscription settings after you log in. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged. Monthly subscription charges after the trial are non-refundable after they occur, except where required by law or approved for a billing or access issue. Raven Presence and Raven Presence Audio are one-time digital course purchases and are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or approved for a billing or access issue. How do I cancel Raven AI?
Log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. You can cancel the trial there before the 7 days end and you will not be charged. If you cannot access the page, email [email protected] from the checkout email address with "Cancel Raven AI" in the subject line.
I did not receive my access email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will help you access your account.
Can I use Raven AI on multiple devices?
Yes. You can use Raven AI from the web app on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. If you use the Telegram access path, you can also continue from any device where your Telegram account is available.
I am having trouble with Raven AI.
If the web app is not loading, try refreshing the page, signing in again, or switching browser/device. If you use Telegram and the bot is not responding, try sending /start again. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot and we will troubleshoot it for you.
Where do I manage my Raven AI subscription?
Log in and open Account & billing > Subscription settings. If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we will help you access the right billing page.
