How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. Raven AI can be cancelled anytime; if you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged. Monthly subscription charges after the trial are non-refundable after they occur, except where required by law or approved for a billing or access issue. The Raven Fix one-time product is covered by the First Date Guarantee described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
I did not receive my download link.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend the download link right away.
Can I access my purchase on multiple devices?
Yes. Once you download the PDF files, you can open them on any device: phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The Raven AI bot is also accessible from any device through Telegram.
I am having trouble with Raven AI.
If the Raven AI Telegram bot is not responding or behaving unexpectedly, try starting a new conversation with the /start command. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot and we will troubleshoot it for you.
Can I add Raven AI Coach later?
Yes. If you purchased The Raven Fix and want to add Raven AI Coach, email us or visit the AI Coach page and we will send you an access link.
