Raven Engine can be cancelled anytime from Account & billing > Subscription settings after you log in. The public offer charges $7 for the first seven days; a private recovery offer may charge $9 for the first seven days. Both renew at $27/month beginning on day 7 unless cancelled. If checkout included the First Date Guarantee, submit an eligible claim within the first 30 days after Raven Engine access begins. The guarantee expires at the start of day 31. An approved claim covers the paid-trial charge shown at checkout and the first $27 monthly renewal. One-time add-ons are excluded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full terms.

Log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. You can cancel there anytime to stop future renewals. If you cannot access the page, email [email protected] from the checkout email address with "Cancel Raven AI" in the subject line.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will help you access your account.

Yes. You can use Raven AI from the web app on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.

If the web app is not loading, try refreshing the page, signing in again, or switching browser or device. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot and we will troubleshoot it for you.
