Privacy Policy

RavenText is an AI coaching service for men's texting and dating communication. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, who processes it, and what rights you have. We believe you deserve to know exactly what happens with your information.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Falco Labs L.L.C. (d/b/a RavenText), a Wyoming limited liability company with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use RavenText:

  • Email address and access code: used to identify your account and log you in.
  • Chat messages: the text you send to the AI coach.
  • Screenshots and images: photos you upload in chat (for example, screenshots of conversations you want coaching on).
  • Voice notes: audio messages you send through the app.
  • Videos, screen recordings, and shared video links: media you upload or ask RavenText to analyze. RavenText does not ask for or store your Instagram password, browser cookies, or Instagram session credentials.
  • Session memory: automated summaries of your coaching patterns, extracted from your conversations (see Section 6 below).
  • Nickname: a display name you choose if you opt into the leaderboard.
  • Leaderboard stats: streaks, message counts, and activity scores, collected only if you opt in.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full card details.
  • Quiz responses: your answers during the texting archetype quiz.
  • Course exercise responses: answers you submit in Raven Presence Integration Exercises, stored with the module and submission dates in your account.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • AI coaching: your messages, images, voice notes, and videos are sent to AI providers to generate coaching responses.
  • Session memory: to summarize coaching patterns and provide continuity between sessions.
  • Streak and stats tracking: to show you your progress and consistency.
  • Email reminders: to nudge you back if you have not chatted in a while. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Push notifications: browser-based notifications about coaching activity. You control this in your browser settings.
  • Marketing emails: only if you have opted in through RavenText forms. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Fraud prevention and service improvement.
  • Course delivery and guarantee administration: to save your Integration Exercises, show completion progress, provide support, and verify the stated guarantee conditions.

4. Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Stripe processes payments; RavenText does not receive or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.

We also use service providers to host and secure RavenText, deliver account emails, provide AI coaching when you choose that feature, and measure public website performance. We share only what is needed for those functions, and service connections use encrypted transport.

5. Coaching Memory

When you use Raven Engine, RavenText may save summaries of your coaching patterns so future sessions have continuity. You may request access to or deletion of these summaries by emailing [email protected].

6. Leaderboard

The leaderboard is opt-in only. If you choose to participate, you pick an anonymous nickname. No real names, emails, or identifying information are displayed to other users. You can opt out at any time.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The account and course areas use only the storage needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate the service:

  • Session cookie: an HTTP-only cookie with a 30-day expiration. This keeps you logged in. It cannot be read by JavaScript.
  • Theme preference: stored in your browser's localStorage (light or dark mode). This is not a cookie and is never sent to our server.

Public marketing pages also record basic first-party funnel events and may use analytics, session-replay, and advertising tools. Where consent is required, those third-party tools remain off unless you accept. We do not use third-party marketing or session-replay trackers inside the authenticated coaching and course app.

8. Data Retention

  • Raven Presence account data, progress, and exercises: retained while your account and purchased access remain available, unless you request deletion or a longer period is required for legal or transaction records.
  • Chat data, uploaded media, and session memories: stored on our private production server for as long as your subscription is active.
  • After cancellation: your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then deleted.
  • On request: we will delete all your data (messages, memories, account) within 30 days of receiving your request.
  • Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting law.

9. Your Choices

You may ask us to provide, correct, export, or delete your account data. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails or ask us to stop using coaching memory for your account.

10. Data Security

RavenText uses encrypted connections (TLS), restricted server and database access, and private account authentication. Payment processing is handled by Stripe's payment infrastructure. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we limit access to the people and systems needed to operate RavenText.

11. Age Requirement

RavenText is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you by email.
