These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RavenText website, app, AI coaching service, and digital products sold by RavenText. RavenText is operated by Falco Labs L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Falco Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our products. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through RavenText are digital goods or digital services. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful checkout, you receive access through the website, app, email, or another access path stated at checkout.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own private use.

3. No Resale or Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or otherwise make our materials available to any third party, whether for free or for profit. This includes uploading content to file-sharing sites, forums, or social media. Violation of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Refund Policy and Offer-Specific Guarantees

Raven Presence: When included at checkout, the 30-Day Presence in Action Guarantee requires completion of all six modules and their practical drills, plus submission of all six Integration Exercises. If you see no clear improvement after completing them, email support within 30 days of purchase. The guarantee covers your initial Presence order, including any optional bump purchased in that same checkout, currently the Approach Track. Separate post-checkout purchases, including Raven Engine, are not included. Positive reviews, public posts, and other people's identifying information are never required. Earlier purchases retain the guarantee terms shown at their checkout. See the full guarantee conditions.

Fixed-duration Engine passes: The separate 90-day $67 and 30-day $27 passes offered after Presence are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal and no additional money-back guarantee. They are not covered by either the Presence in Action Guarantee or the subscription First Date Guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for billing or access errors remain unaffected. Raven Engine subscription: The First Date Guarantee below applies only when included with that subscription offer. An earlier purchase retains the guarantee terms stated at its checkout.

When checkout expressly includes the First Date Guarantee, the guarantee begins when your Raven Engine access starts, normally on the original purchase date. It remains valid through the first 30 days and expires at the start of day 31. If you invite at least five women to meet during the guarantee period and do not land a date, you may submit a claim at any time within that period. We may ask for reasonable proof of those attempts, such as screenshots or message excerpts, with names and identifying details redacted. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. An approved claim refunds the Raven Engine access charges from the first 30 days to the original payment method. That means the paid-trial charge shown at checkout, either $7 or $9, and the first $27 monthly renewal.

The current public Raven Engine offer charges $7 for the first seven days and then renews at $27/month beginning on day 7 unless cancelled. A private recovery offer may charge $9 for the first seven days before the same renewal. The checkout page shows the amount due today, renewal date, renewal price, and billing interval before confirmation. To cancel, log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. Cancelling during the seven-day paid trial stops the renewal and leaves Engine access available through the end of day 7. After a successful $27 monthly payment, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of that paid billing period. A legacy introductory offer may have different cancellation timing stated at checkout.

One-time add-ons are excluded from the First Date Guarantee. Cancelling Raven Engine does not refund or remove access to a separately purchased digital product. Any PDF bonuses included with that subscription and already downloaded remain yours to keep under the personal-use license. One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered or started, except under an expressly included guarantee such as the Presence in Action Guarantee, where required by law, or separately approved for a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access failure.

Cancellation stops future renewals under the timing described above. The full First Date Guarantee process is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Raven Engine

Raven AI is an AI-powered texting coach provided as part of certain product tiers. Raven AI is offered for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (psychological, legal, or otherwise). You use Raven AI at your own discretion and acknowledge that results may vary.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using Raven AI or any of our materials. Texting and dating outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, scripts, branding, software, and materials provided through RavenText are the intellectual property of Falco Labs L.L.C. This includes (but is not limited to) RavenText, Raven Engine, the Polarity Cycle framework, the Tension Switch Library, archetype guidance, coaching flows, and bonus materials.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products responsibly and ethically. Our materials are designed to help you communicate more effectively in dating contexts. You may not use our products or techniques to harass, manipulate, deceive, or cause harm to any person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express refund commitments described above and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, our products are provided "as is" without additional warranties. We do not guarantee particular dating outcomes or another person's response.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
