These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RavenText website, app, AI coaching service, and digital products sold by RavenText. RavenText is operated by Falco Labs L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Falco Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our products. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through RavenText are digital goods or digital services. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful checkout, you receive access through the website, app, email, Telegram, or another access path stated at checkout.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own private use.

3. No Resale or Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or otherwise make our materials available to any third party, whether for free or for profit. This includes uploading content to file-sharing sites, forums, or social media. Violation of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Refund Policy (The First Date Guarantee)

When a checkout page expressly includes the First Date Guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 days if you used RavenText on real conversations, invited at least five women to meet, and did not land a date. We may ask for reasonable proof of those attempts, such as screenshots or message excerpts, with names and identifying details redacted. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may be partial or exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or another payment processor, unless required by law.

Raven AI Coach subscriptions include a 7-day free trial when stated at checkout. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. To cancel yourself, log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. After the trial, Raven AI renews monthly until cancelled. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable after the charge occurs, except where required by law or separately approved by us for a billing or access issue.

Raven Presence and Raven Presence Audio are one-time digital course purchases. Because access to the private course materials is delivered immediately, those purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or separately approved by us for a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access failure.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase may be declined at our discretion. The full process is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Raven AI Coaching

Raven AI is an AI-powered texting coach provided as part of certain product tiers. Raven AI is offered for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (psychological, legal, or otherwise). You use Raven AI at your own discretion and acknowledge that results may vary.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using Raven AI or any of our materials. Texting and dating outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, scripts, branding, software, and materials provided through RavenText are the intellectual property of Falco Labs L.L.C. This includes (but is not limited to) RavenText, Raven AI Coach, the Polarity Cycle framework, the Tension Switch Library, archetype guidance, coaching flows, and bonus materials.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products responsibly and ethically. Our materials are designed to help you communicate more effectively in dating contexts. You may not use our products or techniques to harass, manipulate, deceive, or cause harm to any person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific expectations or guarantee any particular dating outcomes.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumers resident in the European Union retain all mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of their country of residence.
