Summary: Raven AI Coach includes a 7-day free trial when stated at checkout. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The current public Raven AI offer is 7 days free, then $15/month USD unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may cancel Raven AI at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged.
After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless the account is terminated for misuse or a Terms violation.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. Include "Cancel Raven AI" in the subject line so we can process it quickly.
Monthly Raven AI subscription charges are non-refundable after the charge occurs.
We may make an exception if there was a duplicate charge, technical access failure, billing error, or another support issue that prevented reasonable use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most billing, cancellation, failed access, and duplicate-payment issues can be resolved faster through support.
Opening a chargeback may result in account suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.
