Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summary: Raven AI Coach includes a 7-day free trial when stated at checkout. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable after they occur, except where required by law, separately approved for a billing or access issue, or covered by a First Date Guarantee expressly stated at checkout. Raven Presence and Raven Presence Audio are one-time digital course purchases and are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or separately approved by us for a billing or access issue.
1. Raven AI free trial
Raven AI Coach may be offered with a 7-day free trial. The trial length, renewal price, and billing interval are shown before checkout.
The current public Raven AI offer is 7 days free, then $17/month USD unless cancelled before the trial ends.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel Raven AI at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged.
To cancel yourself, log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. The direct login page is raventext.com/app/login/.
After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless the account is terminated for misuse or a Terms violation.
If you cannot access the cancellation page, email [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. Include "Cancel Raven AI" in the subject line so we can process it quickly.
3. Refunds after the free trial
Monthly Raven AI subscription charges are non-refundable after the charge occurs.
We may make an exception if there was a duplicate charge, technical access failure, billing error, or another support issue that prevented reasonable use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
If we approve a refund after a payment has processed, the refund may be partial and may exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or another payment processor, unless required by law.
4. First Date Guarantee
When a checkout page expressly includes the First Date Guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 days if you used RavenText on real conversations, invited at least five women to meet, and did not land a date.
To review a claim, we may ask for reasonable proof that you made those attempts. This can include screenshots, message excerpts, or other evidence showing the invitations. You may redact names, photos, phone numbers, handles, and other identifying details. We only need enough context to verify that the guarantee conditions were attempted.
Approved First Date Guarantee refunds may be partial and may exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or another payment processor, unless required by law.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most billing, cancellation, failed access, and duplicate-payment issues can be resolved faster through support.
Opening a chargeback may result in account suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.
6. Other RavenText products
Raven Presence and Raven Presence Audio are one-time digital course purchases. Because access to the private course materials is delivered immediately, those purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or separately approved by us for a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access failure.
If you purchase another one-time digital product or service from RavenText, the checkout page and the Terms of Use describe the applicable guarantee or refund terms for that product.
