Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Raven AI subscription offer

Raven Engine may be offered with a paid seven-day trial or another paid introductory offer. The amount due today, renewal date, renewal price, and billing interval are shown before checkout.

The current public offer is $7 for the first seven days, followed by $27/month USD beginning on day 7 unless cancelled. A private or legacy offer may state different introductory terms on its checkout page.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel Raven AI at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.

To cancel yourself, log in with the email used at checkout and go to Account & billing > Subscription settings. The direct login page is raventext.com/app/login/.

If you cancel during a $7 or $9 seven-day paid trial, the $27/month renewal is stopped and Raven Engine access remains available through the end of day 7. If you purchased a legacy paid first-month offer, the cancellation timing shown for that offer continues to apply.

Once a full-price $27 monthly charge has been successfully paid, cancellation takes effect at the end of that current paid billing period. You retain Raven Engine access until then, unless the account is terminated for misuse or a Terms violation.

Cancelling Raven Engine does not cancel, refund, or remove access to a separately purchased one-time digital product.

If you cannot access the cancellation page, email [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. Include "Cancel Raven AI" in the subject line so we can process it quickly.

3. Subscription refunds

Monthly Raven AI subscription charges are non-refundable after the charge occurs.

We may make an exception if there was a duplicate charge, technical access failure, billing error, or another support issue that prevented reasonable use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.

If we approve a discretionary refund after a payment has processed, the refund may be partial and may exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or another payment processor, unless required by law. This does not reduce the full covered-product refund promised under an applicable guarantee.

4. First Date Guarantee

This section applies to the Raven Engine subscription offer when that guarantee was expressly included at checkout. It does not apply to the separate fixed-duration Engine passes described below. Previously purchased offers retain the guarantee terms stated at their checkout.

When checkout expressly includes the First Date Guarantee, the guarantee begins when your Raven Engine access starts, normally on the original purchase date. It remains valid through the first 30 days and expires at the start of day 31. If you invite at least five women to meet during the guarantee period and do not land a date, you may submit a claim at any time within that period.

To review a claim, we may ask for reasonable proof that you made those attempts. This can include screenshots, message excerpts, or other evidence showing the invitations. You may redact names, photos, phone numbers, handles, and other identifying details. We only need enough context to verify that the guarantee conditions were attempted.

An approved First Date Guarantee claim refunds the Raven Engine access charges from the first 30 days to the original payment method. That means the paid-trial charge shown at checkout, either $7 or $9, and the first $27 monthly renewal. One-time add-ons are excluded. Any included PDF bonuses already downloaded remain yours to keep under the personal-use license.

4A. 30-Day Presence in Action Guarantee

This action-based guarantee applies to Raven Presence purchases whose checkout expressly includes it. The period begins at purchase and lasts 30 days. It does not replace the terms attached to an earlier purchase.

To qualify, complete all of the following within those 30 days:

1. Complete all six Raven Presence modules and their practical drills.
2. Submit the Integration Exercise for each module.

If you complete these steps and see no clear improvement in your composure, communication, and ability to lead an interaction, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Use the subject "Presence in Action Guarantee" and include your order details, confirmation that you completed the modules and drills, and a brief explanation of what has not improved. You do not need to send copies or public links to exercises already saved in your account.

The exercises document genuine practice; they are not testimonials. A positive review, a successful date, or another person's romantic interest is not required. Honest answers about difficulties count. We may ask for reasonable clarification of the stated conditions, but will not add undisclosed participation requirements after purchase.

Do not include other people's names, contact details, identifiable photos, or private messages in an exercise. No third-party identifying information is required for a claim. If a technical problem prevents you from submitting an exercise, email support within the guarantee period.

If your checkout included an earlier version of this guarantee, you may still qualify under the original conditions shown when you purchased. We will not retroactively replace those conditions. Contact support if you need a copy of the version attached to your order.

An approved claim refunds 100% of your initial Raven Presence order to the original payment method, including any optional bump purchased in that same checkout, without a processing-fee deduction. At the current offer prices, this means $67 for Presence alone or $94 for Presence plus the $27 Approach Track. Separate post-checkout purchases, including the Raven Engine upsell or downsell pass, are excluded. Refunding the initial order ends access to the course, its included online bonus, any refunded bump, and its private community. The separately purchased Engine pass is not refunded or revoked; it retains its original access period.

This is a refund commitment under the conditions above, not a promise that another person will agree to a date or respond in a particular way. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4B. Fixed-duration Raven Engine passes

The separate Raven Engine 90-day pass ($67) and 30-day pass ($27), offered after a Raven Presence purchase, are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. They do not include the First Date Guarantee or the Presence in Action Guarantee. Once access begins, no additional contractual money-back guarantee applies. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical access failures remain unaffected.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Most billing, cancellation, failed access, and duplicate-payment issues can be resolved faster through support.

Opening a chargeback may result in account suspension while the payment dispute is reviewed.

6. One-time digital purchases

One-time add-ons and other one-time digital purchases are non-refundable once access, delivery, or fulfillment begins, except under the Presence in Action Guarantee when expressly included at checkout, another guarantee expressly included with the purchase, applicable law, or a separately approved remedy for a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access failure.

If you purchase another one-time digital product or service from RavenText, the checkout page and the Terms of Use describe the applicable guarantee or refund terms for that product.
